Job Description
Our client, located in Nashville, is seeking a Division HR Director to join their team. They are a fast-growing manufacturing organization, and this role will support key business units in driving strategic HR initiatives. This position will partner with four dynamic divisions within the organization and will sit on the Divisional Leadership Team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will partner with division leadership to shape culture, strengthen workforce planning, and execute core HR programs.
Duties:
Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for multiple product divisions Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and business strategies Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts Support workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount management Oversee performance and compensation programs in collaboration with corporate HR teams Champion culture, values, and inclusion initiatives across teams Partner with COEs (Compensation, Talent, L&D) to execute HR initiatives at the division level
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred) 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership exposure Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Marketing teams a plus Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and org design Business-savvy, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced change Must be able to travel to Bowling Green, KY weekly

$100k-$140k Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
