This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel to various acute care hospitals within the Central Division What you’ll do: The Division Director, Business Partnerships, reports to and takes direction from the Central Division AVP or VP of Business Partnerships and is responsible for supporting the people business strategy for the Central Division, as well as the enterprise objectives. This role will further support in driving the enterprise culture, people project work and general people reporting metrics. This role will work closely with the local facility People Services leaders with a heavy focus on support and execution.
Responsibilities:
Ability to partner and understand business challenges facing their LOB Ability to translate those challenges into LOB or enterprise solutions Comfortable and able to provide training and development on various topics such as DEI, Harassment, Crucial Conversations, etc. Presentation skills and ability to create presentations are imperative Ability to help design reporting to support metric accountability Able to assist in setting goals and hold individuals accountable to delivering results in their designated area of responsibility Able to support the execution of enterprise projects such as culture surveys, compensation reviews, government surveys etc. Knowledge of federal/state/local laws and regulations or comfortable seeking answers out Responsible for ensuring location compliance of people services regulations Is involved with mergers/acquisitions and divestiture activities Supports litigation efforts Partners closely with People Services team inclusive of Employee/Labor Relations colleagues Responsible for supporting culture activities along with ER/LR partners Able to travel up to 50% Performs other duties as assigned These functions are not exhaustive and can be subject to change What you’ll need:
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related/relevant field of study
Experience:
7+ years of Human Resources/Business Partner with training and development support
Certification/Licensure:
PHR/SPHR
