What you’ll do: The Division Director, Human Resources supports the overall business plan as aligned by the organization, specifically in the areas of employee relations, regulatory requirements, Human Resource Director competency & performance management and executes on HR strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a strategic partner to the Division AVP of Human Resources, Facility Officers and other leadership team members. Coach and mentor facility HR teams in driving positive employee experiences to create highly engaged employes. Influences business decisions with data driven recommendations/solutions. Serves as a matter expert in specialized HR functions and supports the execution of the human resource strategy. Supports the local HR departments by serving as a liaison and advocate with the Health Support Center. Operates independently to ensure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company. Drives compliance and consistency across the hospital system including HR policies, processes, and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
