What You’ll Do:
Partner with division leadership to translate ministry and business objectives into actionable People & Culture strategies Guide leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement Champion organizational effectiveness and help lead cultural transformation efforts Support Integrity Music’s mission to cultivate songs of substance that reach hearts and nations
