Ingevity:

Reviewing resumes and actively sourcing for qualified candidates using Indeed and other job posting sites Conducting first round interview screenings to gauge qualifications for maintenance and production hourly roles Provide recommendations to hiring managers for onsite interviews Schedule and greet candidates for onsite interviews Extend offers and conduct pre-employment process (drug screen and background check) Additional employee relations duties as assigned Here is what you’ll need to succeed in this role: High school diploma required At least 3 years of hourly recruiting experience is preferred Strong written and verbal communications skills Proficiency with Microsoft Teams preferred Positive mindset and energy required

Position Details:
