What You’llDo Source, screen, and match candidates to job openings usingphone, text, email, social media, and in-person engagement.

Bilingual in Spanish/English Conduct interviews, evaluatequalifications, and provide hiring recommendations. Build strongcandidate pipelines with creative sourcing strategies. Maintaincompliance with company policies, background checks, and employmentlaws. Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and delivercustomized solutions. Support weekly payroll processing and ensurepersonnel records are accurate and up to date. Ideal Candidate 1-2years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volumeenvironment. Excellent communication and relationship-buildingskills. Organized and adaptable with strong time managementabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
