The Recruiter provides Talent Acquisition support to all departments. The Recruiter interfaces with Hiring Managers at all levels to ensure best hiring practices are followed and the right talent is brought into the organization.
Compensation:

Position:
Must be able to work in a Team environment. Perform full life cycle talent acquisition (TA) duties (workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment, selection and onboarding) in partnership with HR team and hiring managers. Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool. Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the Company, both internally and externally. Represent the company to outside employment agencies, job fairs, employment conferences, university job fairs and social media contacts. Facilitate reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain excellent client relationships with hiring managers and HR team by acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications. Strive to meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS, provide expertise to hiring managers regarding their legal obligations, and staying current on applicable employment laws. Monitoring of job posting policy Assists supervisors and managers to ensure the fair and reasonable implementation of company policies and procedures. Assist with the development and continual updating of company policies and interpretation, including employee handbook regarding job bidding, shift preferencing, etc. Prepare and assist with employee related events. Maintains interaction and communication with government bodies, other organizations, etc Acts as a resource/consultant to supervisors/managers with regard to policies, legislation, etc. In conjunction with Manager, assists in the planning of key programs and activities (e.g., manpower, layoffs, etc.) Prepares and provides key performance indicators to supervisor. Will have knowledge of number of service areas from the following list: Workday, Training programs, Apprenticeship program, Manpower summary and hiring requisitions. Perform other duties as required. Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or other related field and 1 – 3 years Human Resources experience. Thorough understanding of hiring and staffing practices. Extensive knowledge of employment laws (NLRB, EEOC, etc.). Must have prior Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturing or production industries. Demonstrated professional growth within HR, Staffing and/or Talent Acquisition Must be experienced and proficient with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other similar systems. Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities within tight deadlines and high client expectations.
