Recruiter 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Birmingham, AL 35243 We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our client’s team in Birmingham, Alabama. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment while utilizing your expertise in full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience for various roles. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize platforms such as Indeed and other recruiting tools to attract top talent. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to build a robust talent pipeline. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities and candidate data. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency setting. Proficiency in using CareerBuilder and other recruiting platforms. Strong skills in cold calling and proactive candidate engagement. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of best practices in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
