Job Description:
Under general supervision and according to established policies, procedures and in compliance with federal and state laws, to perform contract labor sourcing and onboarding. To assess qualifications of applicants and refer qualified candidates to client departments. To collaborate with leaders and vendors to align recruitment efforts with unit needs, new unit openings and problem solving related to coverage needs of the organization. To support and follow up with vendor companies regarding talent and invoicing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Experience with contingency labor management preferred.
