No Job Summary The College of Sciences and Mathematics (COSAM) is excited to begin the search for a Student Recruiting Manager. This position will oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of the recruitment of students in COSAM degree programs and work to sustain admissions goals for the college.
Essential Functions Manage Recruitment Initiatives:
Serve as the primary undergraduate recruitment contact for COSAM and participate in university recruiting events and campus wide meetings
Scholarship Administration:
Participates in the scholarship process for COSAM with the support of Director of Student Services/Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Manage undergraduate scholarship distribution in collaboration with academic departments/programs and the advancement office.
Marketing and Communication:
Develop and implement communication plans and marketing materials, specifically targeting current and prospective students with the support of direct supervisor and other college constituents. Manage outreach to students and families through various platforms.
Event Management:
Attend on-campus recruiting events, high school college fairs, and special visits involving VITs, alumni, and advancement; Establish a presence at Enrollment Management events with the support of COSAM partners at recruitment and yield events; Facilitate and develop large-scale events; Participate in occasional required travel for recruitment fairs and events after normal business hours
COSAM Tours and Info Session:
Develop and organize college tours and informational sessions for prospective students and guests with the support of student leaders.
Admissions Platforms Management:
Utilize platforms and applications to capture and track visits, info sessions, tours, scholarships, and admissions data updates. Share updates and trends to direct report and other college constituents.
Office and College Support:
Support COSAM Student Services and COSAM initiatives (i.e., Camp War Eagle sessions, Welcome Week events, and college-wide events) Why Work at Auburn?
