Regular Full-Time Exempt SUMMARY:
SABG is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support the recruitment and HR team. This position is hybrid, going into the office 1-2 days per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with Recruitment Manager to identify immediate and future staffing needs Recruit for proposal efforts and program transitions Create new requisitions and update job listings using ADP WFN and other tools used to advertise positions Maintain job boards in various recruiting platforms Screen applicants and initiate contact, if necessary; manage and update candidates using ATS and spreadsheet Source using all recruiting platforms and revise Boolean searches per position Send qualified candidates to team leads and program managers and assist in scheduling interviews Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping, including providing support in-processing and out-processing new and terminating employees
SUPERVISION
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Capable of comprehending and performing recruiting functions to support corporate requirements. Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Skilled in sourcing candidates for roles targeted in proposal submissions Experience recruiting in a corporate office environment required, government contracting experience recruiting for variety of skill sets and clearances required Knowledgeable in Boolean searches and Applicant Tracking System Knowledgeable in DoD Security Clearance levels Experience with ADP WorkForce Now is a plus Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, and work well within a team Above average oral and written communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS
Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (
