You will also play a key role in delivering the Leadership Pathways Development process for aspiring supervisory or middle managers. - Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A detail-focused approach — especially when working to deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft packages, including a good level of competence in Excel (SAP knowledge is a bonus)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience building trust and strong relationships with a range of stakeholders

- A dynamic, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Hybrid and flexible working opportunities, subject to work requirements
