We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC and Huntsville, AL with an additional 36+ locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team.

JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Astrion provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role ensures a smooth recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance reporting. The Talent Acquisition should also have an understanding of basic recruiting in order to help serve as a back up to the recruiting team as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

2+ years of administrative experience in a recruitment or HR setting.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of OFCCP compliance or willingness to learn. Knowledge of basic recruiting within the government contracting space.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Experience in ICIMS Experience with gov con recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages ATS updates and candidate records to ensure compliance with government contracting regulations. Assists with the preparation and posting of job ads. Prepares and maintains recruitment-related reports, including diversity and compliance reports. Processes offer within the ATS. Recruit as needed. Help incumbent capture efforts as needed.
