PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of industrial/municipality roles (e.g., Hydroblasters, Vacuum Truck Operators, CDL Drivers, Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operators, Underground Utility personnel) Recruit for various locations across the Southeast region Create job ads and postings Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Collaborate with various Managers to understand job requirements, workplace culture, and hiring goals Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and initiate onboarding processes Maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in industrial or high-volume staffing Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
