The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and evaluating top talent in the construction services sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades professionals Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms Attend job fairs, trade shows, and industry events to network and identify potential candidates

Screening and Evaluation:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct in-depth phone and video screenings to assess technical skills and experience Evaluate candidates’ certifications & licenses

Interview Process Management:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members Provide interview preparation materials to both candidates and interviewers Collect and synthesize feedback from all parties involved in the interview process

Offer Management and Negotiation:

Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates Negotiate salary, benefits, and start dates with candidates Conduct reference checks and initiate background screenings Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

Client and Hiring Manager Relations:

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s or department’s specific needs and culture Regularly communicate with hiring managers to update on recruitment progress Advise on recruitment strategies and job description optimization

Database and ATS Management:

Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and their qualifications Efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment workflow and Generate reports on recruitment metrics and

KPIs Qualifications:
