The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent management, and employee relations. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process. Conduct background checks and reference checks as part of the hiring process. Assist in developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Provide support in employee relations by addressing any concerns or inquiries from candidates or new hires. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent management. Experience Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or UltiPro is highly desirable. Knowledge of HRIS systems for managing employee data effectively. Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels. Experience with Salesforce is a plus for managing recruitment-related tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
