Description
The Recruiter, Baptist Works shall be responsible to develop and maintain positive relationships with Baptist Health leadership and external partners to support the recruitment of talent across various departments. This individual will screen applications, coordinate interviews, and refer qualified candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will collaborate with nursing leadership, Human Resources, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational staffing goals. The Recruiter will also coordinate all aspects of the hiring process and collaborate with the staffing team to understand and ensure recruitment efforts align with hospital needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will assist in selecting top candidates, and manage onboarding processes, including pre-employment screenings and orientation coordination. This individual will collaborate with leaders to understand staffing needs and provide insights on recruitment and retention trends. The Recruiter will work closely with the Baptist Works Compliance Coordinator to ensure candidates meet the compliance deadlines set forth by Baptist Works. Additional duties may be assigned that are within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. At least 2 years hospital experience preferred. Experience in recruiting preferred. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to develop trust with leaders in the organizations.
Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
Ability to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
