| $16 Brave New World Montgomery, AL 36108 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, with a focus on talent management and technical recruiting. This position is essential in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our organizational goals. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various HR sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through platforms like UltiPro and ADP. Conduct research and lead generation efforts to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback. Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Support ongoing talent management initiatives to foster employee development and retention. Experience Proven experience in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, or staffing coordination is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable. Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various channels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
