Position Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment facilitation, and interviewing candidates. You will play a critical role in ensuring that candidates move smoothly through the hiring pipeline while maintaining the quality and speed necessary to meet hiring goals. You will also be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, ensuring attendances are tracked, and that job requisitions are accurate . Meeting monthly KPIs , fulfilling hiring demands , and maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers are all key components of success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Interviewing:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring -own every step of the process.
Daily Interview Targets:
Conduct a minimum of 12 interviews per day to meet hiring goals. Candidate Screening & applications : Screen resumes, engage with candidates to invite only qualified, top-tier candidates. Book and manage your own interviews, assessments, and candidate pipeline – don’t wait, drive the process.
Hiring & Candidate Management:
Hiring Targets:
Ensure the hiring of at least 3 candidates per day to meet daily and monthly hiring objectives .
Class Hiring Needs:
Proactively manage and meet the hiring requirements for each scheduled class, ensuring all positions are filled on time.
Job Requisition Maintenance:
Keep job requisitions clean, accurate , and updated with the necessary details on candidate requirements and status.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Self-Sourcing & Interview Booking:
When interview schedules are empty, independently source and screen new candidates, schedule assessments, and book them for interviews.
Resume Screening:
Carefully screen resumes to ensure that only qualified candidates are invited for interviews, reducing unnecessary candidate fall-off.
Text Blasting & Outreach:
Use text blast tools and other methods to engage with potential candidates and encourage them to apply for open positions.
Dispositioning & Data Management:
Candidate Dispositioning:
Ensure all candidates are properly dispositioned in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate statuses. Day 1
Attendance:
Conduct Day 1 attendance checks and ensure that the onboarding process is smooth for newly hired candidates.
Performance & Metrics:
KPI Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for recruitment, including interview volume, hire volume, and process efficiency.
Process Efficiency:
Ensure efficient recruitment workflows to meet the daily and monthly targets while maintaining a focus on high-quality hires.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, virtual, or remote setting.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in managing recruitment pipelines, meeting hiring demands, and consistently hitting monthly KPIs .
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear candidate interactions and working with cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , video conferencing tools , and text-blasting tools . Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to accurately update and track candidate statuses in the ATS, ensuring all information is properly documented and up to date.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, address no-shows, and resolve any issues that arise during the recruiting process.
Professionalism:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner. Preferred (Not Required): Experience with
Virtual Recruiting Platforms:
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom , Teams , for virtual interviews and assessments. Previous Experience in
High-Volume Recruiting:
Ability to manage large candidate pipelines and quickly fill positions with qualified candidates. Familiarity with
HR/Recruiting Metrics:
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruiting, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire.
