Bilingual Onsite Recruiter Wise Staffing Group Decatur, AL 35601 Wise Staffing Group is seeking an energetic Onsite Recruiter to join our growing team! The Onsite Recruiter is an eager-to-learn, growth-oriented individual with strong customer service and administrative experience. This role is responsible for various human resources services provided to our clients, including but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, payroll, and termination of temporary employees. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with management/sales team and clients to identify current and future hiring needs
- Contribute to candidate database by evaluating and implementing the best methods for developing a pipeline of candidates. Prepare digital/paper advertising and organizing hiring events.
- Serve as intermediary between temporary employees and clients. Investigate, resolve, and document performance, attendance, payroll, and other issues relating to said employees.
- Investigate and evaluate matters regarding worker’s compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints to resolve and/or make recommendations as needed.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment of temporary employees. Interview/screen candidates, perform background checks/drug screenings, process I-9 paperwork, and process payroll.
- Maintain all appropriate paperwork at each stage of the recruitment cycle and documentation of performance, attendance, payroll, and other issues related to temporary employees.
- Recruit and manage a pool of temporary employees that meet expectations and adhere to the policies of both Wise Staffing Group and clients.

- Proven ability to interview and evaluate candidates to make hiring decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and display excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outside of typical office hours as business needs require
- Proven work experience in customer service, administrative office work, or similar role
- Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
