Troy – T01 Job Summary The Coordinator of Campus Experiences position is responsible for serving the traditional campus as a Recruiter-at-large. This position is responsible for managing academic departmental open houses and Faculty Ambassador Programs. Will coordinate 12 departmental open houses annually and launch Faculty Ambassador programs. identifying prospective high school students, managing leads through the recruitment cycle, and attending college fairs and high school visits; coordinating daily campus visitors, visitor center, and visitor center technology; planning and managing recruitment events, and designing and creating event invitations, flyers, etc. as needed. Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2. Sales, recruitment, event planning and graphic design experience
3. Experience as a student or employee at a four-year institution Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
