Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Match top talent with the right opportunities. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance. Engage in new business development and client retention. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Computer Skills with experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software. Ability to build relationships and connect with people. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter with a desire to succeed and thrive in a dynamic environment.
