Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including Taleo and Paychex, for efficient hiring processes. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Foster relationships with potential candidates through networking events and outreach initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and interview techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or ADP is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
