Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Middletown! Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Middletown, CT, in a hybrid capacity. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting high-volume hiring needs across a wide range of roles. Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruitment by qualifying, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. + Handle 80-125 open requisitions at any given time. + Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal job postings. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring support. + Utilize multiple ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. + Experience recruiting across a broad range of skill sets, including healthcare roles such as nurses, CNAs, and Lab Techs. + Proficiency with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS). + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work Environment This position is based in an office setting with a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Join a well-established team and enjoy working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
