Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Middletown! Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Middletown, CT, in a hybrid capacity. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting high-volume hiring needs across a wide range of roles. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment by qualifying, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. Handle 80-125 open requisitions at any given time. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal job postings. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring support. Utilize multiple ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications:

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience recruiting across a broad range of skill sets, including healthcare roles such as nurses, CNAs, and Lab Techs. Proficiency with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work Environment This position is based in an office setting with a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.
