This in-officerole offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership andhiring managers to identify top talent while enhancing the overallcandidate experience. Key Responsibilities of the

Recruiter:

Managethe full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of roles,including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, andoffer management. Review incoming applications and resumes toidentify qualified candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews withcandidates; support hiring managers with interview coordination andfeedback collection. Maintain job postings across multipleplatforms and ensure all are up-to-date and optimized forvisibility. Assist in extending offer letters, initiatingbackground checks, and processing candidate onboarding materials.

Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system(ATS) and ensure accurate documentation. Partner with the Directorof Recruiting on special projects, reporting, and strategyinitiatives. Provide administrative support related to recruiting,including correspondence with candidates, interview scheduling,calendar management, and file organization. Qualifications of the

Recruiter:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or arelated field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates andinternal stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarwith applicant tracking systems (ATS).
