Job Description

Do you have knowledge Applicant Tracking Systems? Are you capable of managing a team of recruitment coordinators to deliver a seamless recruiting experience ? If so, our Talent Team at Spectrum would love to meet you. Our Talent team plays the integral role of identifying, attracting, and hiring high-potential people to be a part of Spectrum. We understand the importance and value each employee has in making Spectrum successful, so we drive and improve the dedicated resources and programs that retain and recruit employees.

WHAT OUR TALENT ACQUISTION OPERATIONS SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST

Manages coordinators schedules and workflows, including approving and modifying timecards Assisting in compiling and reviewing metrics and reports Providing performance feedback and coaching to coordinators Recommending solutions and process improvements based on analysis of feedback Identifying coordinator performance issues and working with your manager to design, implement and administer performance improvement plans Managing the interview and selection process for Recruiting Coordinator positions Managing and delivers training and on-boarding for newly hired coordinators Respond to issue escalations in a timely manner and performs other duties as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications Experience :

Recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resources 3+ years. Microsoft Office suite 1 year. HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systems

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Technical skills : Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processes

Skills :

Project management skills. Practical analysis and problem-solving skills. Influencing and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.

Abilities :

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. Can interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.

Travel Ability :

Onsite Office environment Preferred Qualifications Prior ATS experience preferred (iCIMS) Supervisory or leadership experience 5 years
