Recruiter:

Greet applicants as they walk in. Administer the application and skills testing processes. Review applicant resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conduct prescreening interviews over the phone. Schedule applicants for inhouse interviews. Assist with applicant drug testing and background checks. Assist with administrative duties (as needed). Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in our database system. Provide internal and external communication to support sales, customer service, and operations. …and other duties as needed to successfully complete the job and to support the team. •Bilingual Spanish is a MUST Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, but will require flexibility to stay late depending on business needs.
