We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for sales, support, and operational roles. This includes Spanish speaking outside sales represenatives in the South Florida area. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in fast-paced environments are key. Job Duties and Responsibilities Identify and attract candidates for openings throughout the organization including Sales, Operations, HR and Accounting through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications. Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct employment verifications and reference checks. Partner with HR to extend offers and manage onboarding process. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate status. Provide regular updates to the HR and sales leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

3+ years’ full cycle recruitment experience for professional and sales roles. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required. Strong understanding of the qualities that make a successful sales professional. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies. Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. This position offers a base salary of USD $55,000-65,000 annually.
