We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills who can effectively collaborate with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we attract the best candidates to drive our company forward. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including internal and executive recruiting. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Salesforce to streamline the hiring process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough interviews and employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate training development initiatives for new hires. Leverage ADP for onboarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates on progress to management. Skills Proficiency in using Salesforce for recruitment processes. Strong background in human resources, particularly in internal recruiting and executive recruiting. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience hiring and building sales teams / recruitment teams Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. Experience in employee evaluation techniques and interviewing best practices. Knowledge of training development processes to support new hire integration. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
