Role:

Jersey College is seeking a dynamic Nursing Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing and academic professionals to support our institutional and campus-level hiring needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong relationships with candidates, and ensures goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to recruit nursing faculty, administrators, and support staff. Utilize social media, and referrals to build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates. Frequently contact candidates to drive recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience. Conduct interviews and provide recruitment-related metrics and insights to leadership

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience , preferably in healthcare or education. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and proactive attitude. Experience recruiting clinical, academic, or leadership positions is a plus. Knowledge of nursing licensure and credentialing is preferred.
