The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office management tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting executive functions. Duties Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Speak Spanish and English Assist with personal tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and discretion. Maintain high levels of computer literacy to manage various software applications effectively ( basic working skills in World, Excel, PDF and others) Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Carry out clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or as an executive assistant is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with DocuSign is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills is necessary for this role. Basic knowledge of Office Puzzle is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
