What You’ll Do Be the go-to expert in Locum Tenens recruitment . Source, recruit and build relationships with physicians and surgeons across the country via calls, emails, texts, and online sourcing. Manage and grow your own book of business — both client and candidate sides . Work with C-suite leaders, healthcare executives, and medical professionals to make ideal job matches. Cold call like a pro — bring that confident, energetic voice and make it count (50+ calls/day expected). Maintain a detailed, organized database of talent and opportunities. Collaborate on strategic market expansion and new business development . What We’re Looking For 3+ years of physician recruitment experience . Proven success in B2B sales (also 3+ years). A Bachelor’s degree . Strong typing/data entry skills and a love for multitasking.
