As a Physician Relations Representative, you will handle the ongoing growth and enhancement of programs designed to engage and align community physicians with the CCF campus and specialty physicians. In this role, you will provide support for community-based practices by serving as a liaison. Within Weston, Coral Springs and Broward County, you will make sales calls and ongoing visits to assess satisfaction, identify barriers to services and resolve potential issues. Ultimately, all your efforts help improve patient care, ongoing provider relationships, community physician awareness and the use of CCF based services. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00Am – 5:00PM, with occasional evening requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Analyze physician volume trends and actively identify areas of increased and/or decreased volume to help assess problem areas, service issues. Review processes, issues and new programs and provide appropriate follow-up. Serve as the liaison between CCF and community-based physicians (affiliate physicians and non-affiliates) to facilitate communication and issues resolution. Make weekly/daily contacts with community physicians and all issues/comments reported. Research the needs and issues of community physicians and report or recommend the appropriate program or services. Arrange formal and informal meetings to assess the current usage of CCF physicians and services and where opportunities may be for increased utilization of CCF. Promote CCF to community physicians and their staff new and existing product line services and programs. Identify key community physician practices by their ability to help CCF increase business and support product lines. Support marketing and public relations efforts aimed at community physician relationships and better patient care opportunities. Identify community physicians to provide lectures, write articles and give interviews/testimonials. Assist management staff in resolving identified problems. Establish a database to document sales calls and discussion information. Track issue resolution, ensure timely solutions and executes improvements. Produce reports to identify and recruit splitters most likely to shift share. Analyze volume trends and referrals patterns. Organize and implement specific outreach activities that promote relationships and better patient care. Arrange for practice management resources, programs and services for community affiliates and their staff to improve patient care and practice efficiency/efficacy. Promote Dr. Connect, virtual visits and e-Cleveland Clinic. Arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings (as appropriate) between administration, CCF physicians and community physicians. Select and distribute yearly holiday gifts to affiliate physicians. Identify market trends in physician practices relative to referral patterns, mergers and acquisitions, and new facility planning and building projects and report findings. Maintain completed and up-to-date documentation and files at all times, including trip/sales logs, issues log and problem resolution. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care Administration or related field OR five years of experience in a Health Care Marketing or Managed Care Organization in a hospital or physician office setting Valid Driver’s License (VDL) and dependable transportation Knowledge of health care industry, basic Healthcare terminology and physician/hospital relations Experience working with physicians and office staff Proficient computer skills Customer service skills and experience Familiarity with CCF services and the Broward County Data analysis and project management skills Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Experience as a Pharmacy Representative Good market connections Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Physical Requirements:

Required travel on a continual basis to visit area physician offices. This position requires frequent driving, walking, sitting, and standing. Requires frequent use of phone and computer. The occupant of this position spends up to 70% of his/her time in an automobile. The potential for exposure to blood-borne pathogens, body fluids or potentially infectious material is minimal to none.

Personal Protective Equipment:

This position requires minimal exposure to infectious wastes such as blood and body fluids in the administrative role. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
