Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction roles. Develop and maintain a network of industry professionals. Business development Meeting candidates and clients Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Your background:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector. If not, at least 3+ years in a sales role Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Initiative and ambition Experience calling cold and warm clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
