The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and hire top candidates across a range of roles—including Nurse Practitioners—to support our growing organization. This position requires a proactive approach to high-volume recruiting, with a strong focus on relationship-building and a deep understanding of our company culture. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Kronos to manage candidate information efficiently.
  • Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to engage with students and recent graduates.
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates within the organization.
  • Participate in training development resources for hiring managers to enhance their interviewing skills.
