OBJECTIVE OF
POSITIONSupports an Account Executive in allaspects of the sales and recruitment process and daily operationswith the objective of being mentored for a Staffing Consultantposition after three to six months. Assist Account Executive inqualifying, acquiring, servicing, maintaining and expandingmentor?s client base; assist in obtaining job orders (temp, temp tofull-time and full-time) solicited from the business community;assist in recruiting, screening, evaluating and matching qualifiedcandidates to the clients? specific job order requirements toensure client retention; contribute to the professional standing ofAppleOne as a personnel staffing service by supplying clients andapplicants with outstanding customer service and results;continually meet the needs of our clients and customers(applicants); assist in developing, coaching, counseling andrecommending applicants as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
-Provide support to application process. -Document all activity in Office Automation (OA) ?Import and manage r?sum?s through OA Docs ?Pre-screen applicants and schedule through AppleExpress ?Review applications and interview applicants to obtain workhistory, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements,and to provide information about the organization and position;provide information on company facilities and job opportunities topotential applicants. ?Conduct reference checks to verify work history ?Write and review resumes for qualified candidates. ?Write a sales presentation on each workable candidate and skillmarket. ?Schedule interviews with clients for qualified applicants. ?Debrief applicants after interviews to understand the process ofclosing and accuracy of the job descriptions presented to them. ?Utilize Internet recruiting sources to identify and recruitcandidates for the office in general and for specific projects. ?Develop recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fillspecific job openings. ?Obtain applicant referrals. ?Identify viable leads for Account Executive ?Manage JobCaster ads (works with Account Executive to ensure theyare current). ?Identify qualified companies to which to skill marketcandidates. ?Support special projects for Account Executive?s account base byplacing candidates on open positions. ?Handle attendance calls, quality calls and Friday calls. ?Handle correspondence as directed by Account Executive (i.e.,follow-up or marketing letters). ?Make soft aging calls as directed. ?Research clients/targets utilizing the Internet and support theinformation gathering process. ?Assist and support the Sales Process ?Accompany Account Executive on premise visits. ?Maintain monthly standards and manage the GM% for each client ?Provide management with any required reports/data.
