Full Job Description Job Overview:

Critical Response Strategies (CRS) is seeking dynamic and highly motivated Recruiters to support rapid-response emergency management operations. This role plays a critical part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding personnel for emergency staffing deployments across various sectors. You will be in a fast-paced, high-stress environment where urgency, professionalism, and communication are key.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard qualified personnel for emergency management assignments Manage high volumes of calls, texts, and emails efficiently and effectively Maintain organized records of candidates and outreach using company systems Communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure and time-sensitive scenarios Work closely with deployment and operations teams to meet urgent staffing needs Maintain availability for shifts up to 14 hours and weekend work, as required Participate in virtual or in-person briefings as needed

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience strongly preferred (high-volume or crisis staffing a plus) Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak clearly, quickly, and persuasively Comfortable working in a high-stress, high-speed environment with competing priorities Must have a reliable phone and laptop with consistent access to email, text, and voice mail Must be available to work long shifts , including weekends and holidays as needed Strong organizational and time management skills
