Job Overview:
Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process—from identifying top candidates to delivering outstanding offer experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between hiring managers and future team members ensuring a smooth, engaging and efficient hiring journey every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment (80%) – Your Zone of Genius
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: source, screen, interview and make offers to high-quality candidates
Craft compelling job postings and strategically manage job board visibility
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers via intake calls to understand hiring goals and customize recruiting strategies
Administrative Impact (20%) – Keep the Engine Running Smoothly
Organize and document interview notes and hiring decisions
Keep the interview tracker up to date and accurate
Maintain timely communication with hiring managers and provide weekly status updates
Support a streamlined, professional candidate experience from start to finish

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of recruiting or HR experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks and social platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
