We’re looking for aRecruiter 2to join ourDZConneXteamremotely.
As a Recruiter 2, here’s the work you’ll do:
Utilize pro-active recruiting techniques
Carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities
Recruit full life cycle: manufacturing and skilled trades
ATS folder clean-out, offer letter / employment agreement creation, screening of resumes, phone screening of candidates, onboarding assistance, source for passive candidates, create candidate pipelines
Work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the client needs
Support the recruitment of DZConneX’s client Customer Fulfillment Center
Adhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standards And if you have these qualifications:
Three plus years of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing) Technical, manufacturing, and engineering recruiting Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent customer serviceexperience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Power Point
