Job Description
Onsite Recruiter Employer Solutions Services, Inc. Quincy, FL 32351 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
HOURS :
8AM-5
PM PAY :
$17 AN HOUR. We pay weekly every Fridays! Duties Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Utilize various platforms and tools for campus recruitment and technical recruiting to identify potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting Strong research skills to identify potential talent pools and market trends. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. Knowledge of succession planning processes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
