This position is located at our corporate headquarters overlooking the waters of Tampa Bay. Responsibilities Manages all phases of the recruitment process for assigned positions Collaborates with managers to understand the role and essential qualifications Identifies and implements effective recruiting strategies utilizing all sourcing and screening technology provided Maintains updated documentation and note on candidate status, stage, and actions Utilizes resume databases, colleges, and, community resources to proactively source candidates Participates in in-person or virtual recruiting events Contacts potential candidates via email, text, and phone Coordinates interviews with the hiring managers and provides progress updates Maintains an open, flexible, and innovative attitude related to ongoing process improvement and enhancement Ensures compliance with employment laws as related to the recruiting and onboarding process Qualifications 2+ years of experience recruiting for a wide range of positions from entry-level to professional roles. Experience recruiting for manufacturing or distribution positions strongly preferred.
