In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the healthcare sector. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our organization is staffed with qualified professionals who align with our mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess strong interviewing skills, a thorough understanding of employment labor laws, and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Workday to maintain candidate records and streamline recruitment efforts.
