Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Workday to maintain candidate records and streamline recruitment efforts. Negotiate employment contracts and terms with selected candidates. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Skills Proficient in interviewing techniques and employee evaluation methods. Strong knowledge of employment labor laws relevant to the healthcare industry. Experience in executive recruiting is a plus. Solid background in human resources practices and principles. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for recruitment purposes. Proven experience in recruiting across various roles within the healthcare sector.
