Role:

ClearView Business Solutions is expanding aggressively into the Managed IT Services (MSP) space and is building a high-performance sales organization to fuel growth. We’re looking for a part-time, Tampa-based recruiter to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring efforts for Sales Managers, Business Development Executives (BDEs), and BDRs. This is a contractor role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who knows how to source top sales talent, understands what makes someone great in a consultative B2B role, and can work hands-on with the President and executive team to build the foundation of a new sales force.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for sales team roles Work directly with the President to define role profiles, write job posts, and create outreach strategies Source, vet, and interview Sales Managers, BDEs, and BDRs Schedule interviews, gather candidate feedback, and manage the hiring funnel Track and report weekly recruiting activity and hiring metrics Help build a repeatable process for recruiting and onboarding sales professionals as the company scales

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years experience recruiting for sales roles (preferably B2B/IT/MSP/SaaS) Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills Strong judgment and ability to assess culture fit and performance potential Comfortable working partially on-site in our Tampa office Familiarity with Salesforce or other ATS/CRM tools is a plus
