A Successful Professional Recruiter will:

Source, screen, and submit healthcare candidates for work assignments Conduct research to pre-qualify candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Attract top-level candidates Act as point of contact for candidate inquiries

Professional Recruiter Requirements:

Dynamic and outgoing personality Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office & Outlook Previous recruiting experience within the Healthcare space Bonus Points |

Desirables, But Not Deal Breakers:

Sales and/or customer service, preferred Previous experience recruiting in healthcare, a plus Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a plus Bachelor’s Degree (new grads welcome to apply!) Offer | What You Get in
