Recruiter Aston Health 10150 Highland Manor Drive, Tampa, FL 33610 Corporate Recruiter As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute comprehensive hiring plans. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection will contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce aligned with our company culture and values.
Recruiter Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management:
Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Proactively identify creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates. 2.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities. 3.
Collaboration and Relationship Management:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on candidate selection and recruitment best practices. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and recruitment agencies. 4.
Process Management and Compliance:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines. 5.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent the organization professionally at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Recruiter Qualifications:
Prior experience in the skilled nursing, long-term care industry is a plus! Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in-house talent acquisition specialist. Prior experience applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Apploi is desired but not required. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
