Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting operations across a variety of client programs. This individual will help source, schedule, and engage candidates across multiple disciplines, including security-cleared, technical, and engineering roles. This is a part-time role (up to 32 hours per week), based remotely in Tampa, Florida, with occasional onsite attendance required for career fairs and recruiting events.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning. Source active and passive candidates across technical, engineering, and cleared markets using various job boards and sourcing tools. Manage interview scheduling, logistics coordination, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely data. Provide administrative support for recruiting events, onboarding preparation, and compliance documentation. Assist in maintaining pipelines for hard-to-fill and cleared roles. Support recruiting metrics tracking and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a recruiting support or coordination role. Familiarity with technical and/or cleared recruiting environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Professional communication skills and a commitment to candidate care. Experience with ATS tools, Microsoft Office, and calendar management. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of client engagements; clearance eligibility is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting government contracting or defense industry clients. Understanding of security clearance procedures and hiring compliance.
