This individual will partner closely with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and external vendors to drive candidate engagement, optimize sourcing channels, and enhance our employer brand to become the preferred destination for top talent in vein and vascular care.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage omnichannel recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social media, CRM systems, digital platforms, and direct mail to attract both active and passive candidates.
Event Marketing:
Coordinate and participate in industry conferences, training events, webinars, podcasts, and other networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s visibility and brand prestige in vascular care.
Sourcing & Talent Engagement:
Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, building and maintaining pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
Content Development & Branding:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content that reflects company culture and values, while managing editorial calendars and campaign timelines for consistent delivery.
Vendor & Platform Management:
Oversee relationships with external vendors, job boards, and sourcing platforms, evaluating ROI and optimizing partnerships to maximize recruitment impact and efficiency.
Data & Analytics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics—including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and campaign performance—using tools such as Power BI, and use these insights to refine strategies and improve funnel efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align marketing efforts, and deliver regular, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, and employer branding or highly-related experiences. Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline funnels, nurture strategies, and drip marketing campaigns effectively. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Experience in healthcare and/or multi-location, multi-state organizations is a plus. Proficiency with Sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed), CRM, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques. Skilled in content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive decisions. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI is a strong plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demands. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
