- Required Skills & Experience
- + 10+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
+ Previous staffing experience and ability to work in a fast paced manual environment. + Must be able to handle high volume and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. + Expertise recruiting for data professionals, Java developers, and other technical talent. + Strong scheduling experience and candidate tracking experience. + Experience interacting with senior-level managers and directors. + Proven ability to hit the ground running and to be very responsive. + Responsive with good follow-up and excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strongly prefer Financial Services industry experience. + Stable work history. + Equipped to successfully work remotely including personal computer, dual monitors, and reliable high-speed internet access.
- What You Will Be Doing
