SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Recruiter will also maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process of new hires into the organization. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Follow overall recruitment procedures for all dealerships.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback and recommendations based on interview outcomes.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress using LDRV applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Backs up other HR/TA positions as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years experience and proven cycles of success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and tools.
